Roger Williams is a Distinguished Vice President at Gartner, specialising in IT Infrastructure and Operations. He's been a Commoncog member for some time, and recently taught the community his use of Goldratt’s Thinking Tools. This podcast explores his background, his expertise with organisational change, what he thinks makes for a good consultant, and the Thinking Tools workshops that he so kindly put on for us.
